28 days agoHighly dependent on your states laws, your lawyers skills, and the corruption level of the prosecutor/judge/jury. In my state you can use lethal force to defend yourself if you feel like your life was being threatened. You can’t shoot law enforcement though and this “looks” like a police action she stumbled into. If a shot rang out, she probably wouldn’t make it to court. That’s why they move in packs of four or more and haven’t been wearing body cams.
It’s pepper spray balls. They sting like hell and then as you’re gasping for air, cuz they’re trained to shoot you in the chest, you start gagging on the pepper cloud.
