Use an appropriate insult that really means something about them and what they are doing. Like fascist, Gestapo Nazi scum or something like that.
Except those people don’t find Nazi ass an insult. They do not like being called out in what they view as a lack of a masculine trait. If your insult doesn’t bother the target, it’s a shitty insult.
