I’m surprised they dumped him at all. What do they usually do with the people they take?

The Alligator Alcatraz style camps they still have?

Or CECOT?

I hate that he was taken at all, but I’m very very glad he’s been returned. I can’t even imagine the nightmare that awaits the people they don’t give back.
