When i see adds, even though i blocked add servers via dns, then it means that the content creator or provider added them directly into the content. This behaviour should not be rewarded in any way or with any klick.

No disagreement here. Just wanted to mention that it seemed fine to me. Though I tend to block very aggressively because I hate ads.
