Yeah. I have it set to turn on automatically when it’s bedtime or when I manually set “Do Not Disturb”. Makes me not to want to use my phone.
If you are considering this device I suggest if your current phone has a grayscale mode, turn that on for a week to see if you can get used to it.
Reading the title and looking at the thumbnail, I was thinking, “sure I’ll do a good deed and help out a noob.” Then I read your post and I realized you know what you’re doing better than me.

I don’t exactly know what you mean but here is the OS and CPU they use.
