Switched from 1password to vaultwarden, no looking back.
I use Caddy. It works from Cli but very ez to use. Might try this in the future tho

Seems like a decent strategy, I use syncthing for a long time with no problems! Maybe a spare hard drive too? Can never be too sure…
Maybe, but why would you store your images in only one place to begin with?
I found the docker stuff stopped working mysteriously and ran docker compose doen, which deleted all of my pictures. I recommend not using it as a backup solution.
Of course I do bro, who doesnt have 6 thousand years of spare time every time they run dnf update to go check on 1 million lines of code changed? Amateurs around here…
